We charge our customer on shipping rate based on the total weight of the item(s) purchased. This is our new initiative to make sure that what you are paying is close to the actual shipping charges that we are paying to the postal service provider.

A. Shipping charges are based on discounted rates we get from our global shipping partner, TIKI , AHLERS, EMS, USPS and FREIGHT ESPRESSINDO. Combined shipping total will be calculated by our system upon checkout and you can then select your preferred shipping method. A. We charge a flat handling rate of $3.00 per shipment, so you save a lot if you combine multiple items into a single shipment, instead of, say, buying them separately.Q. How long will it take before I receive my item?
A. We pack and ship all orders within 1 business day from the day we receive payment for an order. After that, general transit time will depend on postage service selected:

A. Yes we do. The total weight of the shipment will be used when calculating combined shipping. The savings from shipping and handling can be substantial!
